Order Changes and Cancellations

Requesting a Change

We begin preparing orders soon after purchase. If you need to update or cancel an order, email us immediately with the order number. We will make reasonable efforts to help, although changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

After Dispatch

Orders already in transit generally cannot be cancelled. Review the Return and Refund Policy for available options, or email service@drvoria.com for assistance.
