Order Changes and Cancellations

Email service@drvoria.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.

Before fulfillment begins

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address, model, color or other available selection, or to cancel the order. A change is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

After processing or shipment

Orders that have entered production, fulfillment or carrier transit might not be changeable or cancellable. Personalized and made-to-order items may not be cancelled once production begins.

Address corrections

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee recovery, redirection or reimbursement when an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

Refund timing

If a cancellation is approved after payment, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
