Track Your DRVORIA Order

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation is sent to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans may take time to appear after dispatch.

What you will need

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • Your tracking number, if one has been issued

If tracking has not updated

Allow time for the first carrier scan. If tracking remains unchanged beyond the expected delivery window, contact the carrier and then email service@drvoria.com.

Marked delivered but not received

Check the delivery location, household members, building reception and nearby safe places. Contact the carrier first, then send us the order number and carrier response so we can help investigate.
