These Terms govern your access to www.drvoria.com and purchases from DRVORIA. The store is operated by Yunnan Weikai Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Store Services

Our storefront is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to offer products and services. You must use the site lawfully and may not interfere with its security, operation or intellectual property.

Product Information

We take care to present colors, finishes, scale and materials accurately. Screens and handcrafted or small-batch processes may create reasonable variation. Product compatibility and dimensions should be reviewed before purchase. Accessories shown for styling are not included unless expressly stated.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions or legal requirements. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Prices and Payment

Prices and available currencies may vary by market. Taxes, delivery charges and duties are displayed where available or assessed by local authorities. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment.

Personalized Products

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customization instructions. We may refuse content that infringes rights, is unlawful or is unsuitable for production. Once production begins, personalized orders may not be changed or cancelled.

Intellectual Property

DRVORIA branding, site design, photographs, product concepts, copy and other content are owned by or licensed to Yunnan Weikai Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) and may not be reproduced, exploited or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Payment, delivery and other services may be provided by independent third parties. Their separate terms may apply. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for their content or practices to us.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected order where permitted by law.

Changes and Governing Rules

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The version posted when you place an order applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
