Shipping Policy

DRVORIA ships each order with care. Availability, delivery options and estimated timing are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, product and carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared after payment authorization. Personalized or made-to-order objects may require additional production time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier congestion, customs review, weather, address issues and events outside our reasonable control may affect timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, details are sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not controlled by DRVORIA.

Address Accuracy

Please review the shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Lost, Delayed or Marked-Delivered Parcels

If tracking appears stalled or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and contact the carrier first, then email us. We will help investigate; replacements or refunds are assessed after the carrier review and according to applicable law.

Split Shipments

Items in one order may ship separately. If so, you may receive more than one tracking notification without additional product charges.
